What I liked
I loved being in a completely different environment than Seattle. I had to learn to adapt in an area without a grocery store close by, without a car, and being alone in a small town. The archival experience was immensely helpful in seeing how collections are curated and how gifts are accepted to museums and archives. I also learned a lot from a generation who I wouldn't have been able to access being in Seattle.
