I loved getting to work with kids with disabilities. Variety is such an awesome environment of acceptance and fun. I was grown and stretched in new ways and I got to build new relationships with awesome people.
What I wish was different
Some weeks get to be very busy, so at times it would have been nice to have more staff to better serve the students.
Advice
Always have an open mind. You may find you enjoy something that you never would have expected!
