What I liked
I enjoyed the freedom and responsibilities I had. I was able to get work done own my own schedule and at my own pace. The employees and youth I worked with were all amazing. It gave me useful experience to use in my career after college.
What I wish was different
I wish the structure within the company had been stronger. The disorganization was clear to me within the first week and was a downside to my overall experience.
Advice
This experience taught me how to work with many individuals from all different backgrounds. It humbled me to have to work a full time job that I was not getting paid for.
