I had the wonderful opportunity to take part in several activities, including focus groups, survey research, data analysis, and video production.
What I wish was different
It was not always transparent as to how much autonomy I had over my projects, with the mentors sometimes being inconsistent about their expectations.
Advice
If you go into the internship with an open mind and recognize that you have the power to steer this company in the ideal direction, then you will feel motivated and proud to show up and take the initiative!
