I was really able to grow as a FSW because I was on so many new shifts that I had never previously worked before. It was also cool to work in different locations to understand how they operate.
What I wish was different
I wish the hours had been a little more normal or consistent. I had a lot of days with random gaps of free time in them that I didn't really know what to do with. I knew this is how it would be going into though.
Advice
If you are thinking about trying to be a Student Manager and have the ability to stay and work the summer, you will get so much experience and learn so much about what the Student Managers do.
