A lot of independent work - I get to work on my on time, anywhere where I can take my laptop with me. I can also work in the office on days I prefer.
What I wish was different
More connection opportunities with staff and more direct mentorship. Also, sometimes the work can stay the same for long periods of time, which can seem boring and mundane.
Advice
Take you own initiative to reach out to higher-ups and ask them for mentorship, opportunities to work on personal projects, etc.
