I really like working on campus and not having to commute. That way I can start getting paid right when my classes get out and it doesn't take up more hours in my day. Since it's a UVU campus job, it is very flexible with my schedule, which is also very nice.
What I wish was different
This is a new internship/job position so things started with a lot of trial and error. I wish there was more structure to the trainings, but it will likely get to that point soon. Luckily it's not tough to figure it out.
Advice
This job does not include planning the events, it only includes scheduling the rooms and equipment for event requests.
