I enjoyed learning about how people with disabilities think. I also enjoyed some select co-workers who really enjoyed what they do .

I wish it was better staffed.

USDC is always looking for more people to hire. It’s easy to get in, and the pay and benefits is pretty good.

It’s a great experience, but make sure you understand the physical and emotional demands of working with people with severe behavioral disabilities before working here.
