They always worked around my schedule really well for classes.

What I wish was different

Raises were not regular and required effort to move up the pay scale. Everyone is treated as a replaceable employee by the head managers.

Advice

Be willing to work the less pristine jobs and you’ll be able to provide for yourself. Help build your coworkers up.
