USA Baseball

About USA Baseball

For more than 15 years, USA Baseball has provided internship opportunities for current college students and recent college graduates from across the country. Over the past few years, interns have come to USA Baseball from as far away as the west coast, and as close as North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. USA Baseball internships offer a wide range of real-world experience and the opportunity to develop lifelong professional relationships across both professional and amateur sports.

Each intern works closely with a full-time staff member to further their skills necessary to work both in sports and for a nonprofit organization. Recent USA Baseball interns have gone on to accept full-time positions with the Olympic family and in collegiate and professional sports. Other interns have gone back to school for post-graduate work, several have received their law degree and 20 are now full-time USA Baseball staff members.

USA Baseball is an equal opportunity employer. It is the policy of USA Baseball to ensure equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, national origin, religion or creed, sex, age, disability, citizenship status, marital status, genetic predisposition or carrier status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.

USA Baseball is dedicated to building an authentic and inclusive workplace. If you are interested in an open position but are hesitant to apply because of your experience, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be a great fit for USA Baseball and the right candidate for this position or other roles in our organization.
