I really enjoy the hours and being able to pick the days that work for my school schedule.
UPS has tuition reimbursement/assistance that I took advantage of as well, almost like a scholarship.

I wish there was more transparency about benefits and the requirements to receive them.

What I liked
I liked the manual labor, good pay, and my supervisors.

Upper management needed some changes and some of the company culture has allowed for many to work there for a long time who most likely should be terminated.
Advice
I would share that it is good to always reach out. I did not expect to work this job over the summer, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and saved up money for school.

Great learning experience, plus the Hackathon was phenomenal. I got hands-on experience with real projects and my contributions had a real impact.

Onboarding could've been better.
