There was a lot of autonomy which allowed me for personal and professional growth, as well as allowed me to express my individuality and creativity. I also loved the ammount of resposibility I was trusted with because I got to interview, recruit and train people.
What I wish was different
The pay. It was commisioned based which made it very hard to have a stable salary
Advice
It tought me the importance of work ethic in any career. It really showed me that most jobs aren't actually hard, it just takes hard work and dedication to be successful at it. I learned that your work ethic will take you far in life.
