Working as a mentor for William H. Thompson is perfect for the busiest students. You are able to create your own hours, which is extremely convenient to fit in between class times. Further, this position lets you create lasting and impactful connections with both mentees and staff members alike. There is a tremendous amount of helpful supervision and guidance built into the role, so you will always have a support system.

In this position, get to know as many people as you can. The staff members can be pivotal in terms of your own career development, and they love to talk to students about their goals and aspirations, so get to know them! They are super cool and down to earth and can offer support from school to financial management.
