What I liked
I liked how easy the hiring process was. It wasn't difficult to start training quickly.
What I wish was different
I wish that training would have been longer and more in depth. Most of the training time was spent with online training. Those skills aren't as practical and useful when you start working on a client.
Advice
Pay close attention and learn as much as you can. Always be open to constructive criticism, and don't be afraid of messing up.

Working with different children to improve their lives was a wonderful and humbling experience

They trained you faster on multiple kids. I worked primarily with a single child, but sometimes with others
