I wish I'd gotten just a little more, thorough training.
Advice
Keep an open mind. The students that are a part of the program have all had vastly different experiences, so they all process and see the world differently. You're there to help create a space where they feel safe in expressing themselves, trying new things, and becoming the best students and people they can.
