What I liked
I got to interact with fellow prospective graduate students and undergraduates that shared similar interests in my intended field of study. Furthermore, it allowed me to develop my own research topic under the mentorship and guidance of faculty members in my field.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more opportunities to visit other universities while under the program.
Advice
The experience is great for those who have consider graduate school or generally interested in research as it appeals to both of these aspects and supports the individuals desire to pursue both.

The leadership opportunities it provided me working in New Student Programs that allowed me to work on leadership, organization, public speaking, directing and hosting different events and meet and greets with students and parents alike.
What I wish was different
Not a monthly stipend bi-weekly would have been better.
Advice
work hard, listen and always make sure you have the correct information at all times (more problems occur when people only give half-directions) stay busy there is always something to be done and make the most of every opportunity to engage and connect with others.

What I liked
I liked that I was able to network with both undergraduate and graduate students. This helped me to get a feel for the various reasons why people might apply to graduate school. I love various cultures and speaking with graduate students about their hardships with visas and everything that comes with living in a foreign country was eye-opening! I also appreciate structure more with how organized my department is.
What I wish was different
I wish that I was given more creative task like being able to start a project for redoing the website or how to get undergrads more involved since I am an undergraduate student and have taken seven Chemistry courses.
Advice
I would say don't be afraid to be outside of your comfort zone. Getting outside of your comfort zone allows you to grow and learn from other people. Usually when you are comfortable it's because you aren't being challenged by people who think totally different from you.
