I worked for the Project & Innovation Management team - I liked how invested the director (John Borwick) was in my development and success. For example, since my degree involves data science, he made sure I had the opportunity to work on relevant tasks such as data auditing. He was also flexible if I needed any schedule changes and was always happy to teach me things whether it was me needing help with a task or telling me about something that might be interesting/helpful, such as process improvement techniques. Overall, I enjoyed the job because I was able to learn a lot about computer software and hardware (imaging computers, adding RAM), troubleshooting issues, and also became much more confident in my social/people skills.
