What I wish was different
Towards the end, my coworkers developed a habit of talking behind others' backs negatively. I wish this didn't happen.
Also, I wish UTK gave us a new excavator sooner so we could get more work done
Advice
Be prepared to learn. Own up to your mistakes and be honest. Respect others' communication styles and be direct with orders
