The office environment was extremely welcoming, friendly, and showed a lot of camaraderie and willingness to go the extra mile in helping our prospective and current students. The work is extremely fulfilling in the that you are advising people on a very nerve-racking and important decision. It gives me a great sense of joy to see the incoming class excited and ready to take on their law career, knowing that I had small part in helping that process.
What I wish was different
I wish I did not have a limit on the amount of hours I could work per week.
Advice
If you have the opportunity to work in this field or one like it, then don't just sit and wait for tasks to come to you. Go and find new projects you can get involved with or maybe create your own side project to increase efficiency and help out the team. The additional responsibility helps to give your job meaning.
