What I liked
I was able to coordinate multiple events for the Summer Seniors residential program and it definitely helped expand my leadership skills and ability to work with others in a team!

I wish I could've been more effective in the execution of all my ideas.

Definitely take the extra step to talk to everyone in the group about their opinions.
