I loved that I was given the freedom to construct a curriculum that worked for different aged students (K-8th grade). Additionally, I loved the work atmosphere--everyone at the camp worked together to make each day a success for our students.
What I wish was different
I wish that any changes to our schedules had been communicated earlier and more clearly.
