I enjoyed learning more about marine biology and the opportunity to go to the University of New Hampshire marine research laboratory. I was primarily dissecting, measuring, and organizing Blue mussel shells. I also had the opportunity to go into the intertidal to collect Common, Rough, and Northern Yellow Periwinkle for the beginning of a new research project.
