I love how UFCU is a community and people oriented organization. Everyone at UFCU was friendly and made the interns feel welcomed. The program allowed all the interns to connect at multiple events, resulting in a tight knit intern group despite working in different fields! Personally, I gained knowledge and experience in my field. Additionally, UFCU was very flexible and accommodating. It was an in-person internship, but my lease in Austin ended, so I had to move back home in August and I was able to continue online!
