What I liked
I enjoyed the people that I worked with and that I was around on a daily basis. The full-time employees at Windstream were very helpful and took me in very quickly. They made me feel at home and made sure that I knew that they would answer any questions that I might have had.
Windstream has a very well organized rotational program that they do for their interns and new hires. The Windstream Finance and Leadership Program allowed me to partake in many different activities, both in and out of the office, and it also allowed me to see many different areas of the company. Doing this allowed my experience to go beyond just Internal Audit.
