The work environment was very encouraging. There was a big emphasis on teamwork and meeting goals collaboratively. I was able to grow within my role throughout the years and became much more confident in customer service.

The working hours were demanding at times, and other times we struggled to get full shifts.

How some of the supervisors treated us there. They need to care more about us and not treat us like disposable labor everytime.

Have fun with your work. Do not make seem like your job sucks even though some co-workers make it seem like a bad time.

Crazy store to manage. We are the most southern Uniqlo in California so all the people from San Diego come up and also our mall is popular among tourist for how posh it is.

I was also taking four classes at the time at Valencia, I wished I had let myself breathe a little.
Advice
Working and having classes can be very fun, but make sure to balance the schedule properly or it could end poorly. I managed to pull through with all A's for the semester but it took more work than it should've.
