What I liked

In two months I was able to experience all aspects of front of the house restaurant management as well as get glimpses of how a restaurant operates within a larger restaurant group.

What I wish was different

I wish the application timeline was earlier and that the company was quicker to provide us information about the internship prior to arrival.

Advice

Make an effort to go to as many educational programs as possible. If you are interested in something or have a question, as somebody -- anybody -- and they will point you in the right direction for further learning!!!
