It is a customer service position, and I enjoy getting to know our customers on a first-name basis. I love the people that I work with, and I enjoy doing the tasks that are expected of me.
What I wish was different
I wish we did not have to work every Saturday, but I knew when I was hired what was expected in that aspect.
Advice
Even if you think that you are not qualified for a position, you should apply anyways if you think it would be something that you enjoy. I almost never applied to work at UBT, and it has been my favorite job so far.
