I enjoy backend development because I'm interested in the transfer, conversion, storage, and security of information. It's also a very complex job because there are many moving parts in the system, and I enjoy the challenge.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been given more challenging assignments, and assignments that were more integral to the business.
Advice
You should do your very best no matter what position you're in or what project you're assigned. Everyone appreciates a hard worker.
