It almost felt like more of a learning experience than doing work for the company. Their mission is rooted in mentoring and through that motive, I learned so much from my older peers and bosses.
What I wish was different
I wish I had completed more projects because I felt as though I were working on small pieces of many different projects.
Advice
Take advantage of the knowledge of not only yout bosses but peers as well. They have a whole source of knowledge that can help you better complete your job as a team.
