What I wish was different
If customers were kinder
Patience is key, don't take how some customer speak to you personally. Do not let them take you out of character. ALWAYS be kind. Being kind could change their day or make them feel bad for speaking to you that way, or they will calm down 9/10 times. If there is a big issue always resort to the manager- they will know what to do.
