What I liked
Incredible culture of mentorship and collaboration. Brief meetings 3 times a week allowed for regular check-ins and a great way to get a feel for what everyone was working on at the moment. My mentor allocated time for onboarding training to teach me about the project and what I would be working with, as well as regular meetings later in the internship to sync up and ask any questions.
Also, after receiving an offer, I appreciated that there were clear efforts to match me to a team that aligns with my interests and the type of project I would prefer, rather than random assignment without any input on my part.
