It was a very enlightening experience to be able to learn about safe and effective ways to try to eliminate violence on our campus and in our community.
What I wish was different
I wish it could have been longer, so the other interns and I cold have been able to do more in our campaign efforts to spread awareness of interpersonal violence and how to intervene.
Advice
Don't take the experience for granted. It truly is an amazing opportunity to learn and to try to make the community a safer place.
