The application and interview was very simple and I thoroughly enjoy the job. My duties mostly consist of putting call number labels and bookplates in books.
What I wish was different
Nothing-- every from the interview to the onboarding process was very clear.
Advice
Just apply! I thought that the job would be too competitive or that I wouldn't be the right fit, but everything panned out.

What I liked

What I wish was different
I would say that the onboarding process was slightly confusing in terms of some COVID protocols being. rescinded and had to redo portions of the onboarding process. These are problems that are likely already being fixed.
