My supervisor is incredibly relaxed and understands that in addition to being a full-time worker, I am also a full time student, and allows me the time I need for essays, midterms, finals, etc.
What I wish was different
A little too quiet for me, but as more student workers joined, it grew to be a much more fun and social experience.
Advice
Di your work, make your supervisors laugh, and you'll do just fine.
