We worked throughout the summer remotely but met in person for a great workshop at the end of the program in Washington DC. I gained so much hands on experience with graph theory and analytics.
What I wish was different
I wish that it had not been remote. But I still gained a lot from the experience. It is important to learn how to work effectively remotely and in person!
Advice
Stay focused and take breaks. I would have hours in the day to myself where I was only semi accountable. The 9-5 is different than my school schedule where I have more time to do what I need and I work best at night. So learning to change my schedule and making the best of it was important.
