What I liked
I had five non-negotiable conditions: a company that inspires me, a service that I feel passionate about, a position that challenges me and stretches me into different areas, management that encourages and empowers me to do my best, and a great work environment and team spirit.
For me, as a BDR, Tyson Group fulfills all these points. It is an innovative company that is forward-looking. I like the company mindset and culture and being part of a team that makes an effort to develop the next generation of salespeople and bring forward new aspects. This is more than an internship for me. I invested my time, knowledge, and experience in a company that invested in me.
