Lots of people with years of experience and knowledge. You get to learn the kind of stuff that they dont teach in text books, real world experience.
What I wish was different
I never got to work on a big project, but I was given smaller projects which were fun to work on.
Advice
Working here is a great opportunity to see how a real world Foundry works. There's a lot of people here who have a lot of experience who can teach you a lot about working in a Foundry based on experience, not just the stuff you learn in a textbook. Really great opportunity.
