What I liked

I really loved working with TXO Partners. The work was relatively easy, and it was all accounting staff. The Manager was super friendly and whenever I had exams, I could take a week off. All the employees were super friendly and helpful.

What I wish was different

I wish the pay was a little bit higher. Accounting Interns now typically earn a minimum of $20 per hour. Moreover, the work was repetitive which led to boredom.

Advice

This is a great place for an internship. I would tell students to learn and enjoy the experience as much as possible. Also, be respectful to everyone because if you show respect, everyone will like you and you will get more chances of getting a return offer. Not only that, but you will also get the opportunity for promotions and better pay.
