TWU Fitness and Recreation welcomes you to Texas Woman's University! We provide events and programs to encourage you to stay active and involved throughout the year. Fitness and Recreation offers programs for people of all activity levels including boot camp fitness, sports leagues and tournaments, kayaking trips, swim lessons, group exercise classes and fitness assessments just to name a few!
