What I liked
The internship was real work that contributed to the company. The mentors were awesome and wanted you to succeed and showed you how to do so.
What I wish was different
Nothing, I gained more experience in accounting in 3 months, than I have got in all of my education.
Advice
Be proactive with your coworkers, they want to help and have a lot of good knowledge to share.

Customer Service Representative

What I liked
It was simple and some days I had a lot of free time to do what I wanted. The people were nice and supportive, and there were a lot of college students there for the summer.
What I wish was different
Some days would be insane with nonstop calls all day while others would be incredibly slow. Some of the employee rules didn't make sense to me (like not using our phones on the sales floor even on our break) but that wasn't a huge deal.
Advice
Get to know the people around you at work to make it more enjoyable.
