What I liked

I loved getting to know the athletes I was coaching. Since I did gymnastics when I was younger, I really enjoyed being in that environment again.

What I wish was different

I was not a super fan of the management there and would have preferred if our scheduling was set up a little differently.

Advice

If you love what you are doing, then all the little negative things that are also going on will be much smaller.
