Advice
Everyone should work Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) at a restaurant to get the experience gained through working in difficult situation and hours and people. The restaurant industry greatly challenges a person's interpersonal communication and other people skills and helps teach a whole host of other practical life and work skills.
