What I liked

I loved that I was given the responsibility to lead the summer internship program and create engaging social and networking events. I was part of a great team that invited me to meetings with senior staff and shared what projects TTX is currently working on. I was put on numerous projects, testing, analyzing surveys, and doing research about HR topics. It has been a very fulfilling internship that reassured me that I want my professional career to be in HR and Talent Development.

What I wish was different

Advice

I would say don't be afraid to reach out to somebody at the company and ask them for a quick 30-minute meeting to network and learn about their role at the company. I have learned so much by talking to professionals in the HR, IT, and Change Management Department.

What I liked

I loved how challenging every day of my internship has been. No two days were alike. I have learned how to transfer everything I learned in the classroom into the workplace in a very effective manner.
