IT Security Analyst Intern

August 2020 • Logan, UT

What I liked

Being able to the join the TTM Secuirty Team as an intern as been an amazing experience. From day one I was exposed to cutting edge technology such as: Exabeam, SentinelOne, and many other security analyst tools. No matter who I’m working with or any questions I’ve had, the whole team as been patient and helped me understand, not just show, how things work and the reasoning behind it. I’m excited to continue to my career in IT Security as a full time TTM Employee.

What I wish was different

Not one thing. Everyday presents new challenges and TTM included me in all processes along the way. Even allowing me to participate in a virtual conference and paid for workshops for me as well to progress my skills.

Advice

Ask questions. Don’t be scared not to know, I strongly believe showing that eagerness and willingness to learn are the most beneficial thing an intern can have.

Engineering Intern

June - September 2018 • Forest Grove, OR

What I liked

The quality of engineering experience I obtained was phenomenal. I was assigned a major project and two minor projects to complete over a twelve-week period. Throughout the internship, I received excellent support and training while still maintaining ownership and control of my projects; it was fun to work on projects that were actually important to the company. Additionally, I obtained experience with CAD modeling and 3D printing technologies. Finally, the experience allowed me to better comprehend the manufacturing environment and gave me a thorough introduction to the PCB industry. TTM Forest Grove does a superb job with their summer internship, and I highly recommend the program.

What I wish was different

Absolutely nothing.

Advice

Apply for the internship. I highly recommend the experience.
