Everything. Everyone in the Automation department did a really good job of teaching me and being very nice in general. I worked on several projects that either went into production or were used to refine some other process.
What I wish was different
Honestly nothing. I was kept busy with interesting projects and work, but I was never stressed to complete tasks with overbearing perfection.
Advice
If it doesn't feel like another day in paradise, you're doing something wrong. It's a great environment to learn and develop your professional skills and everyone I met was an excellent coworker!

What I liked
I was able to work with great people and there was plenty of hands-on experience. I was able to learn a lot and everything I worked on felt significant in the grand scheme of each project.
What I wish was different
I only wish I were allowed to work more hours. It was such a great experience and I always had something interesting to work on, so if I had the opportunity to spend more time in the lab, I definitely would have.
Advice
It's important that you don't take an internship at a place like this lightly. It's an amazing experience that really drives you to do your best and learn a lot. It was such a fantastic experience for me. I would highly recommend applying for an internship, but don't apply looking to fill in gaps in your schedule. It's worth your while to glean as much as you can and dedicate yourself to doing well and learning a lot because your coworkers will feel that energy and really boost what you get out of working there.
