I really enjoyed learning new responsibilities and being able to develop my leadership skills further.

I do wish that for the amount of work/responsibility I took by becoming a shift leader in the two short months I was there I hoped I would be paid more.

My advice would be try to see the positive in each situation and think of ways to make things better rather than focus on the negative.
