Because I love the work and the people who are there. You're coworkers don't just feel like coworkers, they feel like family.
What I wish was different
More pay would have been nice, but that's hard to do for summer camps.
Advice
Don't be afraid to try something just because you're afraid you're going to do it wrong.

What I liked
Amazing leadership structure. I loved working in the barn, the barn manager gives opportunities to grow and develop to those who want it. Support staff pours into the summer staff spiritually. College internships are also available here if you can work it out with your supervisor. I did my psychology internship in the barn.
What I wish was different
Advice
No matter where you work, talk to people outside your job, go on weekend trips, and take advantage of every opportunity! This will be the last time in your life you get to go to summer camp!
