I honestly appreciate the experience that I receive as a nursing student. I am working as a tech, which might not be a nursing externship, however, there are essential skills that you can still develop as a tech.

I wish I had the opportunity to do a nursing externship since it’s more relatable to my future career.
Advice
There is a nothing wrong with working as a tech in nursing school. Knowing the basics is essential. You will also learn proper delegation skills as a nurse since you’d be familiar with the tech role.
