The Trempealeau County Health Care Center is a State of Wisconsin long-term care facility specializing in both behavioral and geriatric specialized care. Our organization consists of many facilities including a new state-of-the-art facility that houses a large IMD (Institute for Mental Disease) as well as a Nursing Home and Geriatric IMD. We also run a beautiful nursing home facility in the town of Pigeon Falls, WI as well as several adult family homes, RCAC and CBRFs. We have specialized in long-term care since 1898 and have continued to expand our services, doing business with counties throughout the state of Wisconsin.
