What I liked
Very professional and supportive group of people. Gives you an insight on all the different service lines in a full-service brokerage. There is no pressure to produce since you are just and intern but they will let you help on very interesting projects they are currently working. You rotate to all the different service lines (Leasing, Capital Markets, NetLease/SaleLeaseback, Asset Management,) and then for the last week or two of the internship, they let you choose who to work with on a special assignment. There are free snacks, drinks, socials, and no coffee runs!
